The wild ancestor of all cultivated gladioli. Tall elegant spikes of orange-red flowers that grow naturally in East African grasslands. Far more graceful than the commercial varieties — a piece of living botanical heritage. Native to East Africa. Naturalises readily in Rwandan gardens. Thrives in Kigali's full-sun positions.
